Jack Bowness is an articling student at Tereposky & DeRose LLP.  He assists with international trade matters, including Canadian anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigations, WTO dispute settlement, economic sanctions, public procurement and customs matters.

He is a recent graduate from the Faculty of Law at Queen’s University. Jack has demonstrated his commitment to improving the way we understand international trade conflicts in his academic publications and conference presentations. Through field research in remote areas, he has delivered creative yet cogent arguments to complicated international problems that impact marginalized industries and economies. Prior to joining Tereposky & DeRose, his passion for international trade advocacy brought him from one of Atlantic Canada’s premier law firms to work for the Trade Law Bureau of Canada. These experiences manifest in Jack’s personal approach to client service and resolute advocacy.
