Adhithya Krishnan is a summer law student at Tereposky & DeRose LLP and a Juris Doctor candidate at the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia. He supports the firm’s international trade and investment practice, assisting on matters related to anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigations, WTO dispute settlement, customs compliance, economic sanctions, and public procurement.

Adhithya brings experience at the intersection of law, policy, and economics. He has worked with the Law Commission of Canada, where he conducted legal research and contributed to policy development, and as a research assistant focusing on international regulatory regimes and cross-border compliance. He has also held roles with Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada and Scotiabank, where he gained experience in economic policy, market risk, and anti-money laundering compliance.

Adhithya holds a Master of Global Affairs from the University of Toronto and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University. He is actively involved in the academic community as an Assistant Editor of the UBC Law Review.
