Jessica L. Knézy is an associate at Tereposky & DeRose LLP with a background in international trade law, public international law, and regulatory policy. She supports clients on trade remedy proceedings, customs and market access matters, and international trade disputes.

Prior to joining Tereposky & DeRose LLP, Jessica gained experience with the Department of Justice Canada, the Senate of Canada, and international non-governmental organizations, where she conducted legal and policy research on the structure and enforcement mechanisms of international regulatory frameworks. Jessica holds a Juris Doctor (Cum Laude) from the University of Ottawa and a Master of Science in Global Governance and Ethics with Distinction from University College London.

While at law school, Jessica conducted interdisciplinary research that employed comparative federalism, constitutional law and principles of policy diffusion to assess the effectiveness of domestic regulatory policy initiatives. Jessica also represented the University of Ottawa at the 2023-2024 John H. Jackson Moot Court Competition in WTO law where she received two Best Oralist prizes at the All-American Regional Round and advanced to the final round in Geneva.
